Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once the package is in transit.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. 
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (such as weather or service interruptions). 
However, we will always do our best to help you track and locate your package.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. 
If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first.
